Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and the Wolfram Language, has an exciting opportunity for a Content Process Coordinator to join our repository content teams. As a Content Process Coordinator, you will be communicating with and coordinating the work of many different teams within the company. This candidate will become a central part of our effort to expand the tools and resources that the Wolfram Language can offer.

The Content Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the process of adding to and maintaining content in the Wolfram Function Repository and other repositories in the Wolfram Resource System. This involves working with product management, internal and external content developers, review teams and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the flow of new submissions through the review process
  • Communicating regularly with both internal and external customers
  • Scheduling regular content review meetings, setting review priorities and recording meeting notes
  • Ensuring timely responses to new submissions and feedback
  • Sending regular reports to product management and senior stakeholders
  • Assisting in community outreach efforts
  • Guiding new content development through established processes
  • Communicating with developers in specialty areas
  • Creating reports for product management and senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Aptitude with STEM-related fields
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of software development practices and tools
  • Experience with or exposure to programming languages
  • Familiarity with the Wolfram Language and Wolfram Notebooks
