This role is responsible for designing, implementing and delivering reports that help drive decisions relating to the business’ strategic initiatives. You will support delivery across a wide range of activities relating to our Strategic Initiatives, importantly being a key contributor to documenting and analysing each initiative and the business’ progress. This role requires the candidate to engage with users to gather requirements and understand business needs in order to create comprehensive and robust solutions.

There will be a need for technical understanding/interest, ideally with the aptitude to analyse data and architect solutions. The ability to communicate clearly and accurately at all levels is essential. 

Reports to: PM for Strategic Initiatives


  • Designing, implementing and delivering reports relating to analysis of strategic initiatives.
  • Participating in group brainstorming and plan-building meetings
  • Participate in the architecture of strategic content.
  • Help define and document objectives and KPI’s for initiatives.
  • Coding and designing using Wolfram Software, to maintain strategic content.
  • Creating documentation of designs and solutions for assigned tasks.
  • Adhering to data governance principles to maintain data integrity and customer data confidentiality.
  • Maintaining JIRA database and other internal systems.
  • Working closely with other teams to embed and deliver initiatives and objectives
  • Support PM for Strategic Initiatives as required

Skills / Experience:

  • BS or MS in computer science, engineering or a related discipline
  • Understanding of database systems and query languages
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare required documentation
  • Proactive work ethic to maximize the performance of the team and organization
  • Experience with Mathematica and the Wolfram Language (or willingness/ability to learn)
  • Self-motivated and a pro-active approach to all tasks. Able to use own initiative
  • Perceptive, with the ability to apply judgement, common sense and find practical solutions
  • Strong planning, interpersonal and analytical skills, able to communicate well at all levels both externally and internally. Ability to adapt style of communication accordingly.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with programming, especially functional languages
  • Experience with web traffic analysis
